For clubs, leagues, and event communicators

Publish from the record people already trust.

Schedules, rosters, registration links, news, and sponsor details drift when every page and message copies another source.

This page stays outside search indexing until the C4 customer, rights, consent, provider, correction, support, recovery, and release gates are accepted.

Plan, publish, fulfill, reconcile

Carry the work through accountable closeout

A club posts a schedule change on its website, sends a newsletter, and asks coaches to share the update. One team page still shows the previous time, a registration button points to an expired form, and a social graphic names an athlete whose media permission changed. Staff can publish quickly, but they cannot tell which source, audience, approval, or correction each public statement depends on.

How the work moves

Keep the audience and evidence clear

Sites & Communications is a held customer-facing concept for composing approved organization pages and messages from governed records. A schedule block points to the canonical schedule. A roster count can use an authorized aggregate without publishing a youth list. Registration, stream, sponsor, news, and governance components keep their source and visibility rules. Drafting never creates another team, event, audience, consent, or media authority.

A publication moves through draft, preview, review, approval, publish, correction, withdrawal, and rollback with an accountable version history. The preview shows exactly which source records and assets will appear. Audience and channel remain explicit. Email, text, push, website, and external social publication each require the existing consent, provider, approval, delivery, and rights contracts; approval for one destination cannot be reused for another.

After publication, attribution and delivery evidence remain bounded. A view, click, provider acceptance, or social metric does not prove a family received or acted on a required message. Corrections identify the affected pages and audiences without rewriting history. Custom domains, campaigns, real recipients, and external publication remain gated until provider, youth-media, consent, support, recovery, and release evidence passes.

The next responsible step

Who needs what next

From governed record to draft

Approved components reference schedules, registration, news, media, and organization facts without copying them into a second source. Private fields never enter a public preview.

From review to publication

A named approver sees the exact audience, channel, source version, asset rights, disclosure, and rollback before publication. One channel approval does not authorize another.

From publication to correction

Delivery evidence, public versions, corrections, withdrawal, and rollback stay traceable. Provider acceptance is not proof of receipt, and a page view is not consent.

Trust and controls

The important limits stay visible

Planned - not yet available. Sites & Communications does not currently publish customer sites, connect domains, send campaigns, post to external networks, or guarantee delivery. Corporate SightSmash pages, customer records, consent, media rights, provider state, and communication receipts remain separately governed. A future operator must be able to preview the exact audience and source version, withdraw a mistaken publication, and prove which downstream destinations were corrected or still pending.
