Step 01: Show us the current setup
In a discovery conversation, we would map the tools, spreadsheets, recurring costs, people, seasons, sports, and facility relationships you manage today.
Step 02: Choose the connected path
We would identify the smallest useful path that connects families to the operating team, league, club, or facility — only if a future pilot is approved.
Step 03: Confirm scope and economics
Access, migration, support, pricing, provider usage, data handling, and success measures would be put in writing before anyone commits.
Step 04: Test with participants
When a pilot is approved and access opens, participating families and staff would complete the path with support, recovery, accessibility, and permission boundaries in place.
Step 05: Measure what got easier
An approved pilot would compare time, subscriptions, completion, support, retention, and operating cost against the organization's prior baseline.
