A real path to a person
Support & Onboarding
Find reviewed help, check the support form, or email the team when an account, product, privacy, or safety question needs a human response.

Product help
Use the SightSmash Help Center for reviewed articles about sign-in, Parent Scorer, privacy requests, and contacting support. Articles show their review context and link back to the case path when the written answer is not enough.
Contact support
Check the support form for its current availability and confirmation behavior. If submissions are unavailable, email support@sightsmash.com. Include what you were trying to do, the page or product involved, what happened, and what you expected. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive details.
Email a person
Write to support@sightsmash.com. A person reads the message. For Parent Scorer, include the phone model, operating-system version, and the action that failed because the scorer does not send private match data or crash reports to SightSmash.
Onboarding
Bring the current workflow, not a polished story.
SightSmash is live and access is invitation-only through the waitlist. Organizations considering the waitlist can describe the work they run now: who owns the roster, where schedules change, how families receive actions, which event-day exceptions matter, and what must be recoverable when a handoff fails.
Onboarding guidance does not open access on its own; invitations come through the waitlist. It helps the team understand the exact family, coach, director, facility, official, or event journey and the authority that owns each record. Provider setup, data migration, imports, real recipients, payments, customer access, staging, and production remain separately gated.
For a product question before you are invited, join the waitlist from the relevant product page or contact support. Include only the minimum information needed to explain the workflow. Do not include youth rosters, medical details, credentials, private film, payment records, or customer exports in an initial request.
Specialized contacts
Route sensitive questions deliberately.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@sightsmash.com for access, correction, export, deletion, consent, guardian, or minor-data questions. SightSmash verifies identity and authority before acting, especially when a request affects an athlete or household.
Security reports
Follow the security reporting policy and send the least data needed to reproduce the issue. Do not include secrets, full customer records, or minors' data. This is a reporting path, not permission to probe systems or accounts.
Parent Scorer
The Parent Scorer support page explains offline storage, backup, restore, privacy, corrections, and what details help when reporting a bug. The scorer keeps its data on the device unless the person explicitly exports it.
