Here's what SightSmash costs, and what it covers.
Published soft-launch prices for families, coaches, teams, and clubs. A free family view and free coach core come first; everything past that is priced by household, coach, team, club, or program.
Confirmed in a written pilot agreement before anyone pays. Self-serve buying is not open, and a listed price is not an offer until that agreement is signed. Join the waitlist for an invitation.
What it costs
Every price sits next to who pays, what unit, and what's included.
No plan is presented as if it covers more than it does. A team price does not quietly cover a club, and a club's six included teams are stated, not assumed.
Prices are per payer, per unit, with the included quantity stated in every row.

How the model works
- Parents first
- Live and same-day tracking of your own kid's match is free for every child and sport in the household.
- Flat fees, never a percentage
- Ticketing, team entries, and individual registration charge a flat dollar amount. The payment processor fee is always shown as its own line.
- No per-coach seat pileup
- A coach pays once for the Coach Bundle, not once per assistant.
- Club price covers six teams
- The $949 season price for a club includes six teams. Additional teams add $149 a season each, never a new base fee.
- Provider costs stay visible
- Payment processing at events is shown as its own line, not folded into a plan price.
Calculate the real comparison
The cheapest app is not always the cheapest season.
Count every subscription it replaces, plus the hours spent re-entering the same roster three times.
Include these costs
- Consolidation
- Compare SightSmash against the combined cost of registration, team management, messaging, scheduling, scoring, film, streaming, fundraising, and facility tools.
- Labor
- Include staff and volunteer hours spent re-entering rosters, reconciling schedules, matching payments, producing reports, and answering repeated questions.
- Leakage
- Include incomplete registrations, failed renewals, unused facility hours, missed refunds, unfilled roster spots, and disconnected fundraising records.
