I run a college football program, and I have lived the Sunday night film grind. I have opened the August invoice from a film vendor and wondered why it costs that much for video I already own. I have watched a roster get retyped into six different systems while parents chase down the schedule on their own phones.
I am building the tool I wanted in that chair. SightSmash is founder-led, and volleyball is the first sport we are building all the way through. I also wrote a leadership book, The Power of And, and the idea is the same: do the hard thing without giving up the other one.
