For adult alumni, boosters, and history stewards
Team history deserves context and a correction path.
Photos, milestones, alumni lists, booster activity, and event memories spread widely without clear membership, permission, source, or removal.
This page remains outside search indexing until C7 membership, moderation, youth-media, correction, removal, retention, support, and customer gates are accepted.

Carry the work through accountable closeout
A booster posts a photograph from ten seasons ago and names several former athletes. One person welcomes the memory; another asks whether the image was ever approved for public use. The caption has the wrong tournament, and a current youth athlete appears in the background. A social feed can distribute the post quickly. A responsible community record first identifies source, subjects, audience, moderation, correction, retention, and removal.
How the work moves
Keep the audience and evidence clear
SightSmash Community is a held concept for moderated adult alumni, booster, history, and event groups connected to accountable organization and season records. Membership is explicit and role-specific; a past roster entry does not create permanent access. Stories, milestones, photographs, watch parties, and history artifacts keep source, contributor, subject, rights, audience, review, version, and retention context before they appear.
Moderation supports review, correction, report, restriction, withdrawal, and removal without hiding who made the decision. A historical fact can reference a canonical event or accepted result while preserving the storyteller's contribution as a separate source. Approved youth media remains governed by current rights and guardian boundaries. An alumni group cannot browse current household, athlete, schedule, contact, or location data simply because people share an organization name.
Community activity may point adults toward an event, volunteer need, approved fundraiser, or organization update through existing records. It cannot become an unreviewed marketplace or messaging shortcut. If membership changes, access follows the current relationship and retention policy. The valuable outcome is a durable organization memory with accountable context, not an engagement feed optimized to spread the most personal story.
The next responsible step
Who needs what next
From season record to history
Accepted events, results, and organization records can anchor a memory. The contributor's story remains source-labeled and cannot rewrite official history.
From artifact to approved audience
Subjects, rights, review, membership, moderation, and retention determine who may see a photo or story. Organization affiliation alone grants no access.
From report to correction or removal
A report opens a governed review with visible outcome and preserved audit evidence. Removal and restriction propagate to permitted derivatives without exposing private reasons publicly.
Trust and controls
The important limits stay visible
Planned - not yet available. SightSmash Community creates no public minor profile, permanent alumni access, open social feed, marketplace, or unrestricted group messaging. It does not infer media permission, membership, contact sharing, or location access from a roster, family, booster, or organization relationship. Adults need a visible report and appeal path, while removal decisions protect private reasons and preserve only the restricted evidence required for accountability.
