For directors reviewing operations
Start with the exception, then show its source.
Directors need actionable roster, schedule, money, facility, staffing, and support exceptions without an opaque score or unsupported prediction.
This page remains outside search indexing until C8 projection, privacy, quality, explanation, abstention, correction, support, and real-customer gates are independently accepted and evidenced.

Carry the work through accountable closeout
A director opens the week with seventeen reports. One says registration is complete, another shows unpaid balances, and a coach spreadsheet still lists two athletes who changed teams. A dashboard could compress everything into a bright โ82โ and call the organization healthy. That number would hide the actual work: two missing guardian actions, one facility conflict, three unresolved payments, and a support case blocking roster fulfillment.
How the work moves
Keep the audience and evidence clear
Organization Intelligence is a held concept for rebuilding privacy-bounded views from named authorities. It can assemble an activity timeline and show source-linked components such as people, teams, documents, money, facilities, volunteers, schedules, and support. It never becomes the writer of those records. Each count states its scope, time, source version, freshness, exclusions, and correction route so a director can move from the summary to the accountable item.
The director experience begins with exceptions rather than a broad dashboard catalog. Missing roster placement, expired evidence, schedule conflict, unreconciled payment, open volunteer role, or unresolved support case appears with owner, impact, next safe action, and age. Component results remain visible. One opaque composite score is prohibited because it conceals which independent condition actually needs attention and invites unsupported comparison between organizations.
Benchmarks, forecasts, or recommendations require separate source, privacy, cohort, quality, explainability, economic, and abstention evidence. Until then, the view reports the organization's own governed facts and limits. A recommendation may explain evidence and propose a human action, but it cannot execute a consequential change. Corrections rebuild the view from authority rather than editing the report until it looks consistent.
The next responsible step
Who needs what next
From authority to component view
Roster, schedule, money, facility, volunteer, document, and support records project into scoped components with source, freshness, exclusion, and correction context.
From component to exception
The view identifies the exact unresolved item, responsible role, impact, age, and next safe action instead of hiding it inside an overall score.
From explanation to human action
A bounded recommendation may cite evidence and propose a review. It cannot change a roster, send a message, move money, publish, or alter youth access automatically.
Trust and controls
The important limits stay visible
Planned - not yet available. Organization Intelligence makes no broad benchmark, prediction, causal, performance, compliance, or readiness claim. It prohibits opaque composite scores and does not expose cross-organization or youth data. Every view remains permission-projected, source-linked, rebuildable, explainable, and able to abstain. Directors should see stale, incomplete, disputed, and unavailable evidence plainly instead of receiving a polished answer that hides uncertainty.
